A to Z Health and Beauty Remedies

Ello Peonies.

I just thought everyone should know these simple remedies.

A: Avocado Smoothies (constipation)
B: Blueberry Water (urinary tract infection) 
C: Carrot Compress (insect bites & stings)
D: Deep Breathing (hot flashes)
E: Epsom Salt (dry & crackled skin) 
F: Flowering Herbs (swelling)
G: Green Tea (colds)
     - at first sign of symptoms combine 1 tsp of salt & 2 cups of strong tea, stir, refrigerate and gargle   daily.
H: Honey (pimples)
    - dab a bit of honey on to the area. you can leave it on all day even under your makeup.
I: Ice (bruises)
   - DIY ice pack.... 1 part rubbing alcohol 3 parts water in a recloseable bag. it will remain slushy so you can mold it to the bruise.
J: Java (poison ivy)
K: Kneading Massage (relieves anxiety)
L: Licorice (cold sores) 
    - steep a licorice tea bag with warm water for 30-60 seconds then apply for 3-5 minutes to affected area. repeat daily until sore subsides. 
M: Midnight Snack (leg cramps)
     - eat 1 oz of low fat cheese and a few walnuts an hour before bed
N: Nutella Mask (hair)
     - mix 5 tbsp. of nutella with 3 tbsp. oil and 1-2 mashed bananas. layer over your hair and leave on for 30 minutes before shampooing and conditioning. 
O: Olives (nausea)
P: Pick Me Up Shower (mind booster)
Q: Quick Stroll (a brain jolt)
R: Refreshing Rinse (bad breath)
     - combine 1 cup of water with 1 tsp baking soda swish then spit.
S: Smart Stretch (headaches)
     - stand up put hand on hips then roll your head back so you are staring at  the ceiling as you arch your back slightly. 
T: Tropical Fruit (pain relief)
     combine 1/2 oz lemon juice 1/2 oz ginger juice with 1 oz pineapple juice with a pinch of cayenne pepper and turmeric. drink when muscles are sore.
U: Undereye Depuffer (saggy skin)
     - brew strong white tea stir 1 tbsp. of honey. let it cool to room temperature then add thin cucumber slices store in fridge overnight. then in the morning place 1 slice over each eye for 2 minutes. 
V: Vinegar (toenail fungus)
     - soak your feet twice daily in 1/2 water and 1/2 vinegar. 
W: Witch Hazel (hemorrhoids)
      - pat or rub onto affected area once a day.
X: X-tra Energy Booster (fatigue)
    - lie on the floor and place 1 blanket folded like a pillow under your head and another under your upper back. hold that position for 2 minutes as you take deep breaths.
Y: Yoga (Libido)
Z: Zinc Rich Foods (healthy growing hair)
    - lentils, cashews, pumpkin seeds, pecans, and low fat yogurt
